2020 Management Trainee Conference was successfully held

　　2020 Management Trainee Conference was held in Baofeng on May 13, 2020.  Present at the conference were Chairman Mr Chen Qing Shui, Vice President Mr Andrew Chen, Vice President Ms Chen Yuan Yang, the heads of each department and all the management trainees.

　　Besides the speech of representative of the tutors and the training units, the meeting mainly focused on 4 main agendas presented by Chairman Chen.：

　　1、Young people should not be afraid to endure hardships, hardships for few years in return of happiness for lifetime.

　　2、Though the global situation this year is severe due to the pandemic, we must well prepare ourselves for tomorrow, not just today’s works or else you’ll fall behind.  Baofeng takes this management training program seriously and it is a great importance to the company, hope the trainees will cherish this development opportunity.

　　3、Baofeng strives to provide decent works to our employees, and continues to put efforts in salary, welfare and other aspects to improve everyone’s living standards.

　　4、The company attaches great importance to technical talents.  Baofeng has a social responsibility and an obligation to help everyone become talented and skillful, so that everyone become meaningful and useful to the society.

　　For the 2020 management trainee program, Baofeng invested more manpower and financial resources than ever.  The program adheres to four basic principles, “follow up process with plans, follow up results with evaluation, follow up rewards with results, and rewarding follow up effects”, implementing a modern management including overall manpower management, partial mentor authorization, balance in authority.  The aim is to give each tutor and student more freedom and space within the framework of the company.
